We were engaged by a developer to create a marketing package for one of their developments.

This is a project of four townhouses in total and out of the four townhouses, we decided to showcase only one to create an air of mystique about the development, whilst still giving the prospective buyers an ability to understand the quality of the textures and finishes of the project.

What were you trying to achieve? Why did you decide to go with us?

I was wanting to achieve an image which was a true representation of our property development project. The images generated were to be an integral component of our marketing campaign. It needed to create an emotional connection between the buyer and the property in the absence of something tangible.
