Detail of the elevation

We recently were approached by an interstate estate agent who needed to create a quick image of an elevation of a proposed house they were selling. Currently all they had was black and white plans and elevations of the development. Also the development was in an area that did not warrant the expense of a full blown 3D exterior perspective.

Yet they still needed something that could quickly show the prospective purchasers the scale and attraction of the proposed development.

The image below was created in 3 hours time which the agent was overjoyed about and it achieved their purpose to have something listed on the internet and have on their marketing brochures.

So for some projects - other alternative solutions exist aside from going all out to create a 3D perspective.
